Kaushalya

Her mother died. Her father remarried and her stepmother would beat her. Kaushalya escaped to be pushed into another world of torture and pain. She did not enjoy working as domestic child labourer. She was not paid and to add to her problems, her brother fell ill. The debts mounted and Kaushalya stopped going to school. Once, she stumbled on the Girls Collective, Rehabilitation Center run by SACCS/BBA. Kaushalya got rid of the hell house where she used to be beaten and tortured mentally. Today she is happy at (Girls Collective), her life has changed. She is learning tailoring. In future, she wants to earn her own bread and butter. She also wants to inspire other children to stop working and concentrate on education.
