Ramesh Gupta
Country's eminent lawyer and president of Delhi state Bar Council (the statutory body of over 40,000 lawyers in the Supreme Court, High Court and all District and Session Court), Ramesh Gupta has been a close ally of the movement since its inception. He has now been elected as President of BBA. |

Prof. Rama Shankar Chaurasia
One of the most dedicated activists of the movement, Prof. Rama Shankar Chaurasia not only liberated thousands of bonded labourers and children at his behest but also led several compaigns. He alleviated himself from the level of BBA's district secretary in Mirzapur (UP) to State Secretary, State President and National General Secretary before becoming the Chairperson. The general election of BBA (which has over 80,000 individual members), was held on January 18th, 2007 in Delhi. The National Chaupal (General Assembly) consisted of over 200 elected representatives from various districts, states and the allied legal entities |

Laxman Singh
Popularly known as Master Laxman, Laxman Singh was liberated as child slave from stone quarries of Haryana in mid 80s'; educated and trained by the organization as teacher and cashier, he later took over the position of BBA's national treasurer.
A great visionary and founder of the movement against child labour across the globe, Mr. Kailash Satyarthi has stepped down from chair and other organizational positions of BBA to provide opportunities to younger generation. |
| Rakesh Sengar
A highly motivated and enthusiastic youth leader, Rakesh Sengar joined BBA right after completing his masters in Political Science. For last 10 years, he has worked as a volunteer, field worker and even Advocacy Coordinator in the organization. He has designed and executed several campaigns, events, fund raising concerts, rescue operations, media propels etc. and is now the National Secretary. Written, edited and designed large number of Pamphalets, Posters, Newsletters etc. He has also been the creative producer and director of documentaries on organizational work including the most famous, Ropes in Their Hands. Rakesh Senger has faced many attacks in dangerous operations as an activist. |

Sheetal Raina
Ms. Sheetal Raina has been associated with BBA for many years. She took communication one step ahead and helped mobilizing the media to sensitize masses. Under her able guidance many documentary films were made by BBA. She is the backbone of our most successful campaigns and events.

Bhuwan
A young and dynamic lawyer in the Delhi High Court, Mr. Bhuwan, has been leading the Anti Trafficking Campaign in BBA. He is one of the emerging and most promising lawyers in the area of PILs for victims of trafficking and slavery. He is a regular resource person to train senior police personnel, intelligence officers and public prosecutors across the country. He has been amongst the pioneers of the movement against trafficking for forced labour and has been responsible for rescuing thousands of children. He was brutally attacked by a circus mafia while rescuing young girls who were illegally trafficked. He has now been elected as national secretary. |

Vinay Singh
Among other National Secretaries, Vinay Singh served BBA as the head Coordinator of Circus Campaign and has been elected National secretary.

These six National Secretaries (2 national secretaries are yet to be elected) are empowered to lead and coordinate different initiatives and activities of the organization in various states. |
